About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a client portfolio in the IDF region to ensure long-term loyalty
- Implement retention and migration strategies to transition clients to the new Swile platform
- Identify cross-selling opportunities, specifically for Swile Travel and other employee benefit products
- Sell and oversee the technical deployment of solutions in collaboration with the CSM team
- Conduct client meetings through various channels, including video calls, lunches, and in-person visits
- Propose improvements to the Account Manager role and processes
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B field sales and account management
- Ability to interact confidently with C-Level stakeholders, including HR Directors (DRH), CFOs (DAF), and Purchasing Directors
- Deep knowledge of the economic landscape in the Île-de-France (IDF) region
- Proficiency with Salesforce and advanced Excel
- Willingness to travel frequently to meet clients across the designated zone
- Strong organizational skills and a team-player mindset
