Account Manager, Medication Management Solutions

Responsibilities

• Seek new business opportunities by identifying key decision-makers and influencers in the market
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with both existing and new customers
• Achieve annual sales objectives and drive regional growth through strategic account planning
• Apply a project-based approach to daily activities and execute sales strategies
• Collaborate with senior leaders and decision-makers within the territory
• Successfully plan and convert Connected Medication Management solution opportunities
• Utilize the BD Way of Selling, incorporating Customer Centricity and SalesForce.com

Requirements

• Bachelor or master degree in pharmacy, biomedicine, nursing, business management, or a relevant field
• Proven sales experience in a tender-driven environment, specifically selling capital equipment to hospitals
• Demonstrated track record in solution selling and cross-functional selling
• Fluency in both Dutch and English (written and spoken)
• Strong project management skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Affinity with Healthcare IT and ICT; experience in Wireless Communication is an advantage
• Experience distributing complex solutions within the healthcare sector
