About the role
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify business opportunities in new and existing accounts
- Develop business plans for key accounts and maintain strong customer relationships
- Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting QIAGEN products and solutions across Korea
- Manage sales planning, forecasting, and driving strategies aligned with company goals
- Share market intelligence with the local sales team to increase effectiveness
- Participate in and support local sales and marketing events, seminars, and conferences
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Molecular Biology, Biology, Biotechnology, or a related field
- 3-5 years of sales experience specifically in Molecular Diagnostics products
- Strong understanding of the IVD market
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills
- Ability to work effectively as a team player
- Willingness to travel domestically on a quarterly basis or as business demands require
