Account Manager, MDx

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify business opportunities in new and existing accounts
• Develop business plans for key accounts and maintain strong customer relationships
• Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting QIAGEN products and solutions across Korea
• Manage sales planning, forecasting, and driving strategies aligned with company goals
• Share market intelligence with the local sales team to increase effectiveness
• Participate in and support local sales and marketing events, seminars, and conferences

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Molecular Biology, Biology, Biotechnology, or a related field
• 3-5 years of sales experience specifically in Molecular Diagnostics products
• Strong understanding of the IVD market
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills
• Ability to work effectively as a team player
• Willingness to travel domestically on a quarterly basis or as business demands require
