About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients and key accounts
  • Identify client needs and provide suitable DMS and ECM solutions
  • Generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base
  • Handle the full sales cycle, including prospecting, meetings, proposals, and negotiations
  • Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to ensure successful project execution
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and client workshops
  • Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and sales reports
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and monitor market trends

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 3 years of experience in technology sales, account management, or business development
  • Proven experience selling Document Management Systems (DMS) and Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions
  • Hands-on experience with IBM FileNet or Laserfiche
  • Previous experience working with service providers or system integrators
  • Native Arabic speaker with fluency in English
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
