About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients and key accounts
- Identify client needs and provide suitable DMS and ECM solutions
- Generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base
- Handle the full sales cycle, including prospecting, meetings, proposals, and negotiations
- Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to ensure successful project execution
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and client workshops
- Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and sales reports
- Achieve assigned sales targets and monitor market trends
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- 3 years of experience in technology sales, account management, or business development
- Proven experience selling Document Management Systems (DMS) and Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions
- Hands-on experience with IBM FileNet or Laserfiche
- Previous experience working with service providers or system integrators
- Native Arabic speaker with fluency in English
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
