Account Manager - Marketplaces

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead contact for e-commerce business at major National Accounts, partnering with 1p Sales Account Managers
• Manage multiple online retailer platforms to optimize assortment, pricing, and promotions
• Collaborate with Retail Marketing to maximize investments for retailer online platforms
• Work with Supply Chain to optimize shipping speed and reduce logistics costs
• Identify growth opportunities by onboarding new retailers within marketplaces
• Achieve budgeted targets for GMV, contribution margin, forecast accuracy, and promo ROI
• Partner with cross-functional teams including IT, Analytics, Customer Service, and National Account teams

Requirements

• 2+ years of major account omni-channel or marketplace sales management experience
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical and planning skills with the ability to analyze large datasets
• Strong negotiation skills and experience working with large retail accounts
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with customers and internal partners
• Ability to prioritize tasks and execute in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Sales experience working with National Accounts in Consumer Electronics, Home, or similar categories
• Experience in buying or merchandising within a retail environment
