Account Manager Marketplace

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of marketplace merchants to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction
• Analyze KPIs including turnover, margin, and conversion rates to implement action plans
• Monitor quality and customer satisfaction by ensuring SLA compliance (delivery, after-sales, returns)
• Negotiate and organize commercial operations to boost sales and visibility
• Provide strategic advice and best practices to merchant partners
• Contribute to the optimization of internal processes and provide merchant feedback

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac+4/5) from a business school or university
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Mandarin language skills are a significant plus
• Strong business sense and commercial drive
• Rigorous, methodical, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proactive and team-oriented mindset
