Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of healthcare and transit partners
• Build trusted relationships with key decision makers and operational contacts
• Execute against strategies to achieve quarter-over-quarter growth quotas
• Conduct regular business reviews with partners, presenting performance data and insights
• Develop a strong working knowledge of Lyft's product suite and API integrations
• Participate in cross-functional workstreams with Product, Engineering, and Legal
• Lead effective sales meetings and qualify opportunities
• Represent Lyft at healthcare, NEMT, and transit industry events
• Assist with RFPs

Requirements

• 3+ years of successful sales, business development, or account management experience
• Proven track record of growing accounts and hitting quota
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Strong analytical curiosity and ability to use data to identify trends
• Ability to absorb new information quickly in technical product environments
• Bachelor's degree required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT)
• Experience in paratransit or healthcare partnerships
• Experience in the transit or transportation industry
