About the role

Responsibilities

  • Strategically develop key accounts to achieve profitable and sustainable business growth.
  • Provide valued technical solutions and value propositions to customers and OEMs.
  • Leverage LZA technology and resources to strengthen competitiveness at channel partners.
  • Identify customer needs and coordinate with internal stakeholders (technology, supply chain, finance) to develop tailored solutions.
  • Manage customer profiles, demand forecasts, and opportunity progress using company systems.
  • Collect competitive intelligence and market insights through multi-level customer engagement.
  • Lead the preparation of quotations, RFQs, and tenders.
  • Build and maintain deep customer intimacy and trust across multiple organizational levels.

Requirements

  • Graduate degree in a technical or business-related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in business, marketing, or sales.
  • Strong commercial acumen and sales management skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex technical information.
  • Strong critical and strategic thinking skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or an MBA.
  • Background or experience in the Automotive or Industrial equipment sectors.
