About the role
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, approach, and onboard new listing partners including property developers, private landlords, and real estate brokerages
- Build and manage a structured pipeline of prospective partners using CRM tools to track outreach and conversion
- Negotiate listing agreements and partnership terms to secure competitive and exclusive inventory
- Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of existing partners, ensuring high satisfaction and engagement
- Conduct regular business reviews to demonstrate listing ROI and identify upsell opportunities such as premium placements
- Monitor listing quality and provide coaching to partners on best practices to improve conversion rates
- Track competitor platforms and market trends to identify new business opportunities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records for all accounts and activities
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in account management, business development, or sales, ideally within real estate or proptech
- Demonstrable track record of managing B2B relationships and meeting revenue targets
- Strong existing network within the UAE real estate sector (agencies, developers, or landlords)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent)
- Valid UAE driving licence and willingness to travel within the UAE
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience with a PropTech platform, portal (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle), or SaaS product
- Deep understanding of UAE property market dynamics and RERA regulations
- Experience managing a large portfolio of 50+ accounts simultaneously
- Fluency in Arabic or other languages
