About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive adoption of Lightspeed Payments and software solutions to ensure clients extract maximum value
- Serve as the primary point of contact to build trusted, long-term partnerships
- Identify new revenue opportunities through upsells, cross-sells, and expansions
- Monitor account performance metrics including MRR, NRR, and customer health
- Negotiate and close agreements to achieve renewal and retention targets
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch or Flemish
- Demonstrated success in quota-carrying SaaS or technology roles
- Proficiency in Salesforce and sales tools for pipeline management
