About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive adoption of Lightspeed Payments and software solutions to ensure clients extract maximum value
  • Serve as the primary point of contact to build trusted, long-term partnerships
  • Identify new revenue opportunities through upsells, cross-sells, and expansions
  • Monitor account performance metrics including MRR, NRR, and customer health
  • Negotiate and close agreements to achieve renewal and retention targets

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch or Flemish
  • Demonstrated success in quota-carrying SaaS or technology roles
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and sales tools for pipeline management
