About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a portfolio of existing and new clients as a trusted primary contact.
- Create detailed sales plans for each account and identify cross-selling opportunities in collaboration with Product Specialists.
- Build networks within client organizations to generate new business opportunities and exceed growth targets.
- Maintain excellent relationships with key stakeholders to ensure high service quality and contract renewals.
- Monitor client risk via Salesforce and implement action plans with product, content, and marketing teams to prevent churn.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and attrition rate objectives to ensure constant revenue growth.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management, customer success, or a similar role.
- Fluency in French is required.
- Proficiency in English is a plus.
- National mobility is required for travel across the territory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to develop strategic plans and identify growth levers.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
