About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of existing and new clients as a trusted primary contact.
  • Create detailed sales plans for each account and identify cross-selling opportunities in collaboration with Product Specialists.
  • Build networks within client organizations to generate new business opportunities and exceed growth targets.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with key stakeholders to ensure high service quality and contract renewals.
  • Monitor client risk via Salesforce and implement action plans with product, content, and marketing teams to prevent churn.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and attrition rate objectives to ensure constant revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management, customer success, or a similar role.
  • Fluency in French is required.
  • Proficiency in English is a plus.
  • National mobility is required for travel across the territory.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to develop strategic plans and identify growth levers.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
