About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the business owner for assigned enterprise accounts, defining and implementing strategic business plans to drive net retention.
- Proactively manage renewal pipelines to meet or exceed quarterly net retention targets.
- Identify executive sponsors and establish strategic alignment between customer objectives and Conductor’s solutions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Support, Professional Services, and Engineering to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Negotiate contract renewals and expansion opportunities, converting customer challenges into sales opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver business reviews, proposals, demos, and investment summaries to stakeholders and C-level executives.
- Maintain accurate account and opportunity forecasting within Salesforce.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B Account Management, Sales, or Customer Success.
- Proven experience working within an enterprise SaaS organization.
- Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing and industry trends.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM and sales enablement tools.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles, including negotiation and contract closing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to senior executives.
- Ability to travel 10%+ to support client account reviews and on-site efforts.
- BS/BA degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
