Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of customer relationships from onboarding through renewal, ensuring adoption, satisfaction, and retention
• Act as a strategic advisor by providing recommendations that align influencer programs with business goals
• Lead strategic business reviews and campaign wrap reports to deliver actionable insights
• Oversee influencer campaign delivery, ensuring content quality, on-time execution, and KPI alignment
• Manage budgets, contracts, and deliverables with precision
• Project manage campaigns by delegating tasks to Coordinators and Co-Ops
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Strategy, Research, and Product teams
• Analyze campaign performance data to generate insights and identify risks or opportunities

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, campaign management, or social media
• Proven success in strategic advisory roles mapping recommendations to client goals
• Strong project management skills with ability to balance multiple accounts
• Excellent communication, relationship management, and presentation skills
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into action
• Experience mentoring or coaching junior team members
• Expertise with influencer or marketing platforms
