Account Manager Large Accounts

Responsibilities

• Actively prospect and recruit new large enterprise customers
• Develop and execute acquisition strategies to convert leads and close contracts
• Conduct market research to understand and meet unique client needs
• Create tailored account plans providing operational, financial, and ecological solutions
• Build sustainable relationships and act as a brand ambassador for Veolia
• Negotiate and close contracts using creative and innovative solutions
• Inform prospects about relevant legislation, products, and digital applications
• Report and follow up on acquisition results via pipeline management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 years of relevant commercial experience
• Strong hunter mentality with a focus on results
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong empathy and active listening skills
• Ability to perform quick and accurate pricing and calculations
• Knowledge of or interest in environmental and waste legislation
• Fluency in Dutch and/or French; English is a plus
