Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the management and development of a low-touch client portfolio
• Plan and execute large-scale campaigns via CRM, email marketing, and automation
• Implement upsell and cross-sell actions based on customer segmentation and behavior
• Create communication flows and segmentations for different customer profiles
• Monitor key performance indicators including engagement, conversion, retention, and incremental revenue
• Use data to optimize campaigns and increase operational efficiency
• Collaborate with commercial, marketing, and operations teams
• Proactively handle specific or strategic customer situations to solve problems and strengthen relationships

Requirements

• Experience managing large client portfolios or large-scale operations
• Proven experience with mass campaigns and communication via CRM or automation tools
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data for decision-making
• Experience developing upsell and cross-sell strategies
• Business and results-oriented mindset
• Intermediate English proficiency (reading, writing, and participating in meetings)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in technology, logistics, SaaS, fintech, or marketplaces
• Background in lifecycle marketing and base segmentation
• Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or RD Station
• Familiarity with advanced Excel, BI tools, or data analysis
