Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement account plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's presence in the East Delta region.
• Promote and sell cement, aggregates, and other construction products to existing and prospective customers.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, acting as the primary interface between the customer and the company.
• Prepare and negotiate commercial offers, contracts, and pricing in accordance with company guidelines.
• Coordinate with sales operations, logistics, and plant teams to ensure timely product availability and delivery.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights to management.
• Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue performance.
• Adhere to all Health & Safety standards and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Engineering.
• 1-2 years of experience in sales or account management.
• Proven experience within the construction materials, cement, or ready-mix industries.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
