About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement account plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's presence in the East Delta region.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, acting as the primary interface between customers and the company.
- Prepare and negotiate commercial offers, contracts, and pricing in accordance with company guidelines.
- Coordinate with sales operations, logistics, and plant teams to ensure timely product availability and delivery.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide strategic feedback to management.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue performance.
- Adhere to all Health & Safety standards and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Engineering.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales or account management.
- Proven experience within the construction materials, cement, or ready-mix industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
