Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement account plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's presence in the East Delta Region.
• Promote and sell products and services to existing and prospective customers while negotiating commercial offers and contracts.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, acting as the primary interface between the customer and the company.
• Proactively address customer concerns and service issues to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
• Coordinate with sales operations, logistics, and plant teams to ensure timely product availability and delivery.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights to management.
• Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue performance.
• Adhere to all Health & Safety standards and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Engineering.
• 1-2 years of experience in sales or account management.
• Proven experience within the construction materials, cement, or ready-mix industries.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
