Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of a portfolio of SMB accounts to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Re-engage existing customers and build strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Develop and execute tailored account plans, including regular outreach and business reviews
- Monitor product usage and adoption metrics to drive increased engagement and retention
- Own and consistently exceed revenue targets through account base expansion
- Partner with Customer Success and Sales teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
- Leverage Salesforce to manage pipeline, track activity, and maintain accurate forecasting
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in account management or a relationship-focused sales role
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B sales managing SMB or Mid-market clients (SaaS or technology preferred)
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong commercial mindset with a passion for account growth
- Highly motivated, coachable, and resilient in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Experience using CRM tools, specifically Salesforce
- Strong analytical and forecasting abilities
