About the role

Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of a portfolio of SMB accounts to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Re-engage existing customers and build strong relationships with key decision-makers
  • Develop and execute tailored account plans and business reviews to drive expansion
  • Monitor product usage and adoption metrics to support long-term growth and retention
  • Own and consistently exceed revenue targets through account base expansion
  • Partner with Customer Success and Sales teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
  • Leverage Salesforce to manage pipeline, track activity, and maintain accurate forecasting

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in account management or relationship-focused sales

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B sales managing SMB or Mid-market clients (SaaS or technology preferred)
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Strong commercial mindset with a passion for account growth
  • Highly motivated, coachable, and resilient in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience using CRM tools, specifically Salesforce
  • Strong analytical and forecasting abilities
