Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with current customers to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Develop tailored strategies for each account, including regular check-ins and business reviews
- Monitor customer usage and address adoption challenges to drive expansion
- Take ownership of sales targets and consistently exceed quotas
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales teams to ensure smooth implementation
- Utilize Salesforce to manage leads, opportunities, and accounts
Requirements
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in technology or SaaS
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- Proficient in using Salesforce or other CRM tools
- Strong analytical skills for accurate sales forecasting
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
