Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage with current customers to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
  • Develop tailored strategies for each account, including regular check-ins and business reviews
  • Monitor customer usage and address adoption challenges to drive expansion
  • Take ownership of sales targets and consistently exceed quotas
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales teams to ensure smooth implementation
  • Utilize Salesforce to manage leads, opportunities, and accounts

Requirements

  • 1+ years of B2B or B2C sales experience, ideally in technology or SaaS
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
  • Proficient in using Salesforce or other CRM tools
