Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day relationship for an assigned portfolio of B2B operator accounts
• Serve as the primary point of contact for operators across commercial, marketing, and compliance functions
• Drive net revenue retention and identify upsell opportunities for new titles and features
• Build and maintain account development plans and lead regular account reviews
• Coordinate promotional campaigns, tournaments, and seasonal activations
• Drive timely game launches and advise operators on content merchandising
• Support contract renewals and handle commercial queries regarding fee structures and revenue share
• Act as the first point of contact for compliance and regulatory questions

Requirements

• 3+ years in account management, commercial, or partnerships roles within B2B iGaming
• Solid understanding of B2B iGaming operator decision-making and commercial priorities
• Proven ability to retain and grow a portfolio of operator accounts
• Strong commercial literacy regarding revenue share structures and MGs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with regulated market environments such as MGA, UKGC, or LatAm
• Experience coordinating game launches and promotional campaigns
• Exposure to aggregator platforms like Hub88, EveryMatrix, or Relax
• Background in a fast-scaling B2B content or platform business
