Account Manager Jr.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for Human Resources teams within client organizations.
• Manage corporate accounts to ensure the proper implementation and functioning of Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) and wellness solutions.
• Identify specific organizational needs and adapt wellness activities to fit unique company cultures.
• Monitor platform usage metrics and service indicators to design strategies that drive program adoption.
• Coordinate mental health workshops, virtual or in-person sessions, and external specialist participation.
• Manage the annual client renewal cycle and coordinate strategic interventions with leadership when necessary.
• Support program awareness through promotional materials, internal campaigns, and information stands.
• Prepare and present monthly or quarterly reports regarding service usage and client satisfaction.
• Coordinate responses to high-impact emotional events and severe traumatic incidents within client organizations.

Requirements

• 3 to 4 years of experience in Account Management or corporate account management.
• Experience in organizational wellness programs.
• Experience in Human Resources or corporate benefits administration.
• Experience coordinating mental health programs or Employee Assistance Programs (EAP).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with large-scale organizations with a headcount exceeding 10,000 employees.
