About the role
Responsibilities
- Actively seek out new customers through cold calling, research, and field canvassing
- Generate $1M in sales of multi-family customers by securing one new customer each week
- Conduct face-to-face meetings to present all lines of business and offerings
- Manage new customer onboarding, including vendor packets and billing requirements
- Maintain contact information and sales activities within the FieldAware CRM
- Prepare project estimates, quotes, and cost-effective solutions for customers
- Monitor financial profitability, payment terms, and accurate invoicing
- Develop relationships with general contractors and field personnel
- Support AR collection efforts and attend trade shows or networking events
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant sales experience in HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or related fields
- High school diploma or GED, supplemented by technical training in construction, plumbing, or HVAC
- Proven ability to meet sales goals and quotas
- Clean driving record and background check
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and occasionally over 100 pounds
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and varying shifts
