Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Actively seek out new customers through cold calling, research, and field canvassing
• Generate $1M in sales of multi-family customers by securing one new customer each week
• Conduct face-to-face meetings to present all lines of business and offerings
• Manage new customer onboarding, including vendor packets and billing requirements
• Maintain contact information and sales activities within the FieldAware CRM
• Prepare project estimates, quotes, and cost-effective solutions for customers
• Monitor financial profitability, payment terms, and accurate invoicing
• Develop relationships with general contractors and field personnel
• Support AR collection efforts and attend trade shows or networking events

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant sales experience in HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, or related fields
• High school diploma or GED, supplemented by technical training in construction, plumbing, or HVAC
• Proven ability to meet sales goals and quotas
• Clean driving record and background check
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and occasionally over 100 pounds
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and varying shifts
