Account Manager, JOEM

Responsibilities

• Cooperate with the global sales team to develop new business opportunities with strategic customers in China
• Present new ZF product concepts to JOEM customers and develop sales revenue on local projects
• Lead all internal and external activities during the quotation phase
• Present business opportunities to top management to support decision-making processes
• Coordinate vehicle-level quote packages with cross-functional teams
• Manage price negotiations with OEM customers and ensure contracts are signed
• Support commercial issues within program management and act as a backup contact for customer relationship matters

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Trading, Automotive Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering
• At least 5 years of experience in a multinational company with strong sales expertise
• Proficiency in both oral and written English and Japanese
• Familiarity with customer quotation processes and account profitability management
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, maturity, and a sense of responsibility
• Ability to work under pressure and take initiative
