Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver end-to-end global production campaigns, focusing on creative asset development, bespoke builds, and multi-market localization.
• Manage the production pipeline by handling large-scale briefs and ensuring seamless execution.
• Act as the primary day-to-day point of contact for clients, managing expectations and responding to fast-moving requests.
• Translate client requirements into actionable briefs for internal production teams using workflow systems.
• Guarantee on-time delivery and enforce strict QA standards to ensure error-free output.
• Take ownership of project budgets and maintain accurate financial tracking throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven experience as an Account Manager within the creative or media industry.
• Extensive experience in client-facing roles with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and practices.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost-tracking.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize multiple demands.
• Fluency in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven track record managing integrated production and localization projects.
• Previous agency experience.
• A strong passion for digital media and a desire to continuously learn new skills.
