Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Report to the Global Media Director
• Support team members in daily tasks, providing support to global media, creativity, and production teams using project management techniques
• Act as a primary point of contact for markets, global/regional clients, and internal teams
• Collaborate with the Media Director and Operations Director to standardize practices, templates, and processes
• Coordinate, supervise, and control market reports
• Supervise and follow up on team onboarding and training processes
• Support the maintenance of contact databases, SharePoint documentation, etc.
• Coordinate the organization of Rumble processes and multi-market IMCs
• Design specific processes and workflows to improve management, timing, and delivery based on client needs

Requirements

• Minimum experience as a manager in Media planning (Digital, TV, Outdoor, Radio, Graphics) with a strong focus on Digital Media
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of analysis tools such as Google Analytics, DCM, Comscore, Kantar, EGM, AIMC, Web index, Infoadex, or Adjinn
• Native or C1 level English proficiency
• Experience with integrated on-off strategies and campaigns
• Strong problem-solving skills and a commercial profile oriented toward achieving objectives
• Ability to coordinate and organize other business units and influence collaborators across various areas
