About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own a portfolio of existing accounts, taking full responsibility for retention and growth.
  • Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Proactively manage renewals in cooperation with the Customer Success team to achieve commercial targets.
  • Negotiate deals and contracts at various levels, with a focus on enterprise and C-level stakeholders.
  • Conduct strategic meetings, including onboarding kick-offs and regular Business Reviews.
  • Discover customer strategic needs to set goals that drive measurable business impact.
  • Monitor market trends and industry analysis to align customer needs with the product roadmap.
  • Drive customer advocacy through success stories and testimonials in collaboration with marketing.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Customer Success Management, Account Management, or Sales, ideally within the SaaS industry.
  • Proven track record of driving decisions, resolving conflicts, and managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong experience in negotiating and navigating complex contracts and legal discussions.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • University degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, and rapidly changing environment.
  • Strong presentation skills with comfort addressing various levels of management.
