About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive renewal success and manage commercial/contractual targets for enterprise accounts
- Act as the primary contact for executives and manage high-level stakeholder relationships
- Identify expansion and MRR growth opportunities through upselling and product discovery
- Lead strategic business reviews and participate in onboarding kick-off meetings
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service level adjustments
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to ensure customer advocacy and high NPS scores
- Monitor market trends to align customer needs with the Insider product roadmap
Requirements
- University degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales, ideally within the SaaS industry
- Proven track record in contract negotiation and navigating legal discussions
- Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strategic thinking and excellent project management capabilities
- Experience building relationships and conducting need discovery with senior executives
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, and rapidly changing environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Competency in sales methodologies such as Value Selling, Challenger Selling, or SPIN Selling
- Experience managing diverse stakeholder relationships to reach consensus on complex solutions
