About the role

Responsibilities

  • Generate sales for Audio Visual systems by developing and maintaining client relationships
  • Exhibit a consultative sales approach to determine customer needs
  • Emphasize product features and benefits, quote prices, and discuss credit terms
  • Establish professional relationships with manufacturer and field sales personnel
  • Conduct active prospecting and account mapping exercises with Field Sellers
  • Meet or exceed aggressive monthly GP quotas
  • Maintain and expand a database of prospects within the assigned territory

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of direct selling experience in the AV/VTC area preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

  • Four-year degree
