Account Manager, Inside Sales

Responsibilities

• Drive new revenue and market share growth within a defined territory to meet or exceed 100% of quota.
• Maintain a consistent pipeline of new accounts through meaningful sales calls and relationship building.
• Conduct pre and post-call reviews to uncover needs and create tailored solutions for healthcare providers.
• Log all sales activity and customer interactions in Salesforce on a daily basis.
• Collaborate with manufacturing partners, operations, reimbursement, and managed care teams to execute pull-through initiatives.
• Maintain expert knowledge of Byram services, products, and managed care contracts to educate referral sources.
• Adhere to all Code of Conduct and Compliance Program regulations.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional sales experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Ability to handle private and confidential information securely.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Experience in healthcare or service-based sales.
