Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Generate revenue by selling compressed air equipment, service contracts, and industrial solutions to direct end users and partners.
• Develop the existing customer base and secure new competitive accounts to expand market presence.
• Design and provide technical compressed air solutions, including turnkey installations, parts, and energy audits.
• Partner with the services team to understand customer needs and provide troubleshooting support.
• Manage sales documentation, resolve customer disputes, and control travel and entertainment expenditures.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety rules regarding vehicle and customer site safety.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, engineering technology, business, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of four (4) years of experience in an industrial sales business setting.
• Strong mechanical and electrical expertise.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness and ability to travel 100% of the time.
• Proven ability to prospect accounts, navigate customer organizations, and perform technical equipment calculations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Salesforce for sales management.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation communication skills.
