Account Manager, Influencer Marketing

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day creator and client communication across assigned workstreams
• Support and execute end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns for Micro and Mid-Tier talent
• Support production for on-site or remote shoots including coordination with creators and vendors
• Maintain and manage data entry and collection for assigned creators
• Support the development of wrap reports, performance summaries, and post-campaign insights
• Proactively identify and escalate risks, issues, or dependencies
• Support growth and upsell initiatives by drafting pitch materials and decks
• Prepare client-facing materials such as meeting agendas, recaps, and weekly status reports
• Leverage AI and automation tools to improve execution efficiency and workflow management

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in advertising, influencer marketing, or social media
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related discipline
• Experience working within inter-agency teams and cross-functional environments
• Hands-on experience with social media platforms and influencer marketing best practices
• Ability to manage multiple tactical workstreams and delegate effectively
