About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead and drive targeted activities to support the development of Tier 1 Hyperscale and Cloud OEM accounts.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders within key AI and Datacenter verticals.
  • Develop and foster relationships with key business and engineering professionals to drive AI technology advancement.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Infineon’s portfolio to ensure long-term alignment with strategic partners.
  • Manage the full customer design cycle, including NDAs, pricing, engineering, and EOL management.
  • Own operational aspects of the business, including taking new customer NPI programs to revenue and managing contract complexities.
  • Execute new revenue opportunities and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with accurate monthly forecasts.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in the semiconductor industry or semiconductor manufacturing.
  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Supply Chain, Quality, or NPI Material Management.
