Account Manager Infection Control

Responsibilities

• Implement and execute the Infection Control strategic sales plan across the NSW South territory
• Manage and grow existing accounts while developing new business opportunities in capital equipment and consumables
• Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers, including CSSD Managers, Procurement, and General Managers
• Achieve revenue growth targets for both recurring consumables and high-value, long-cycle capital projects
• Conduct detailed market and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and contribute to business strategy
• Represent Getinge at regional and national industry events, meetings, and training sessions
• Manage the territory autonomously, balancing travel, account coverage, and reporting requirements

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage proactively with diverse stakeholders
• Strong sales drive, resilience, and a motivated "hunter" mindset
• Proven relationship management skills within a professional environment
• Ability to adapt between fast-paced consumable sales and complex capital equipment sales cycles
• Experience in medical sales or working with CSSD/Endoscopy is highly valued but not essential
