Responsibilities

• Monitor major EU policy and political developments and proactively share insights with the team
• Provide rapid alerts to internal teams and clients regarding monitoring items of interest
• Maintain and review client engagement materials including biographies, talking points, and stakeholder maps
• Manage day-to-day client project operations and delegate tasks to junior colleagues
• Support logistics for client meetings, including preparation and circulation of papers
• Review and lead the drafting of client documents and materials
• Implement client programmes under the direction of the team lead
• Undertake background research for new business purposes and participate in pitches
• Network within policy and political fields to develop contacts and business intelligence
• Participate in agency workstreams such as Marketing, Training, and Intelligence

Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience in public affairs or communications
• Experience working in EU institutions, associations, or agencies
• Strong interest in EU politics and healthcare policy
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to demonstrate initiative and problem-solving
• High attention to detail
