Account Manager III

Responsibilities

• Manage a defined geographic region to meet sales revenue objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers in academia, industry, and contract research sectors.
• Act as a liaison between customers and technical staff to ensure understanding of product and instrument portfolios.
• Manage the full life cycle of new client account setup and provide guidance to other account managers.
• Lead the development and implementation of strategies to expand industrial, academic, and government accounts.
• Oversee the integration of Field Application Scientists in the strategic selling process.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of capital equipment, consumables, and services.

Requirements

• B.S. in Life Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of account management experience.
• Proven experience in industrial or academic sales.
• Advanced knowledge of High Throughput Screening (HTS) and Molecular Biology.
• Proficiency in Salesforce (CRM) and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to travel up to 100% within the designated territory, including overnight stays.
