Account Manager I, Fulfillment

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and grow relationships with key business stakeholders to deepen the partnership with Flexport
• Meet regularly with clients to monitor account health and identify opportunities to improve their experience
• Identify, develop, and close upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities using deep client knowledge
• Monitor client metrics and work with Global Operations teams to address escalations and solve issues effectively
• Lead client onboarding, create standard operating procedures, and guide implementation timelines
• Prepare and present quarterly strategy reviews and regular content for client touchpoints
• Drive product adoption to ensure clients realize the full value of Flexport's solutions
• Maintain accurate Salesforce account records and opportunity pipelines

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in sales, account management, or a client-facing role
• Strong business acumen and a proven track record of (cross)selling products
• Hands-on, process-oriented, and structured thinking with strong problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and a focus on driving client outcomes through a consultative approach
• Ability to work globally with counterparts in Asia, Europe, and Latin America

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain management
