Account Manager I - Billing Operations, Invoice Production

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the Invoice Production and Invoice Delivery processes, ensuring all deliverables and deadlines are met.
• Serve as a key advisor to the business and clients by providing exceptional service and deep technical proficiency in billing systems.
• Execute strategic and tactical plans, including automation and process reengineering initiatives to reduce manual work.
• Proactively manage risk and control gaps within processes, escalating issues to protect the business and clients.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify best practices and anticipate future client needs.
• Communicate effectively with senior management and global business partners to resolve escalations and inquiries.
• Formulate training and career development plans for analysts within the team.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Operations, Financial/Banking/BPO industry, or Project Management.
• Minimum of 2 years of Operational Management experience or experience in back-office operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects, influence peers, and negotiate with senior professionals.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or Business.
• Previous experience in Billing Operations, Securities Services, Brokerage, or Custody Operations.
• Technical knowledge of Alteryx, Tableau, UiPath, SQL, or MS Access.
