About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate delivery of account management activities for brand relationships to drive actions based on shared objectives
- Audit, monitor, and review business performance for assigned brands protected with Transparency
- Innovate and experiment with new approaches to established processes by identifying gaps in existing workflows
- Provide feedback to improve self-service tools and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve roadblocks and ensure clear communication of progress
- Contribute to the development of playbooks and standard operating procedures
Requirements
- 2+ years of sales or account management experience
- 2+ years of digital advertising and client-facing experience
- Proficiency with Excel
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience analyzing key open issues and resolution metrics for managed accounts
- Experience in relationship management within technology, start-ups, or SaaS platforms
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma concepts and best practices
