Account Manager Human Resource

Responsibilities

• Lead the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding for various IT roles
• Oversee and mentor a team of recruiters and set performance targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise clients
• Collaborate with internal recruiters, vendors, and stakeholders to achieve targets
• Conduct detailed interviews and candidate assessments for technical and cultural fit
• Utilize diverse sourcing methods including job boards, social media, and networking
• Manage salary discussions and negotiate packages with candidates

Requirements

• 1-4+ years of IT recruitment experience
• At least 1 year of experience managing and leading a recruitment team
• Proven ability to manage key client accounts
• Experience recruiting in a fast-paced startup environment
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate candidate profiles and recruitment metrics
• Proficiency in managing internal and external stakeholders
• Familiarity with senior IT hiring processes
