Account Manager HoReCa

Responsibilities

• Provide individual customer consulting for existing clients in HoReCa, Fast Casual, and wholesale regarding sustainable tabletop assortments
• Actively acquire new customers through targeted outreach and product expertise
• Independently organize and plan field service tours within the assigned region
• Conduct market analysis and competitor observation to identify growth potentials
• Represent the company at regional or digital trade fairs
• Network with regional partners, industry associations, and decision-makers to strengthen market presence

Requirements

• Strong initiative and ability to work independently
• Clear, target-group-oriented communication skills in both German and English
• Interest in gastronomy trends and atmospheric table decoration solutions
• Ability to analyze customer needs and translate them into suitable solutions
• Negotiation skills and diplomacy in demanding conversation situations
• Reliability and a high standard of service quality
