Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the loan pipeline for assigned Account Executives from submission to funding
• Act as a primary liaison between sales and operations staff
• Pre-underwrite loans and review loan conditions and documentation received from brokers
• Follow up on funding conditions and answer inquiries from brokers and loan officers
• Meet assigned monthly closing goals and complete additional projects as assigned

Requirements

• 3-5 years of recent wholesale account management or loan processing experience in mortgage banking
• Experience reviewing income documentation and financial statements
• Knowledge of state and federal compliance regulations
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong time management, communication, and detail-oriented skills

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in pre-underwriting loans
• 3+ years of experience in sales
• Experience working in a fast-paced mortgage environment
