Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic customer relationships and long-term success as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
• Lead successful onboarding and implementation programs, managing timelines and configuring customer workflows.
• Increase platform adoption and customer engagement through training and change management support.
• Advocate for customer needs by partnering with Sales, Product, and Support teams to influence product enhancements.
• Contribute to account growth and retention by supporting renewal and expansion efforts.

Requirements

• Expertise in Customer Success, Account Management, or Project Management.
• Proven experience in Implementation and managing complex client launches.
• Background working with SaaS or enterprise software environments.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills to translate complex processes into actionable solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in construction, contractor management, safety, compliance, or procurement.
• Experience in risk management or facilities maintenance industries.
