About the role

Responsibilities

  • Serve as key point of contact for assigned accounts and customer strategy
  • Develop strategic account plans to meet customer business objectives
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Design, and Engineering
  • Build pipeline and achieve revenue targets aligned to specific strategic accounts
  • Maintain accurate reporting of pipeline and account activities in SFA systems
  • Monitor industry competitors and market conditions
  • Attend events and conferences to improve brand visibility

Requirements

  • 4+ years in account management closing enterprise software deals
  • Experience in long sales-cycle environments (6+ months)
  • Experience working with large, complex Enterprise accounts
  • Ability to build authentic internal and external relationships
  • Comfort in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Ability to travel 30-40%

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Property & Casualty insurance
  • Curiosity about AI and emerging technologies
