About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as key point of contact for assigned accounts and customer strategy
- Develop strategic account plans to meet customer business objectives
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Design, and Engineering
- Build pipeline and achieve revenue targets aligned to specific strategic accounts
- Maintain accurate reporting of pipeline and account activities in SFA systems
- Monitor industry competitors and market conditions
- Attend events and conferences to improve brand visibility
Requirements
- 4+ years in account management closing enterprise software deals
- Experience in long sales-cycle environments (6+ months)
- Experience working with large, complex Enterprise accounts
- Ability to build authentic internal and external relationships
- Comfort in a fast-paced startup environment
- Ability to travel 30-40%
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Property & Casualty insurance
- Curiosity about AI and emerging technologies
