Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop an existing client portfolio within the healthcare sector, including hospitals and dental clinics
• Prospect for new business opportunities to expand the client base in Portugal
• Identify growth opportunities within strategic accounts and execute commercial development plans
• Negotiate proposals, tenders, and commercial agreements
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Marketing, Finance, and Customer Service
• Analyze commercial data to support decision-making and manage all activities within the CRM

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar commercial roles
• Proven experience in account management and managing complex sales processes
• Degree in Management, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
• Proficiency in using CRM software
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel throughout Portugal
• Strong analytical skills and a results-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of the medical or dental healthcare sector
• Experience selling medical devices or clinical materials
