Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day account management for Healthmark Industries’ customer accounts
• Provide sales and business development assistance to field sales representatives
• Develop new business and revenue objectives for assigned territories
• Maintain strong customer relationships and serve as a communication link between customers and the sales operations team
• Follow up on leads, sample requests, and RFQ inquiries
• Maintain up-to-date customer information within Salesforce CRM
• Achieve or exceed established KPI goals
• Assist in resolving quality control inquiries and consignment issues

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Sales, or Account Management
• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain compliance with quality and medical device regulations
