Account Manager - Health Policy

Responsibilities

• Monitor major EU policy and political developments and proactively share insights with the team and clients
• Provide rapid alerts to internal teams and clients regarding critical monitoring items
• Maintain and update client engagement materials, including biographies, talking points, and stakeholder maps
• Manage day-to-day operations of client projects and delegate tasks to junior colleagues
• Support the logistics of client meetings, including preparation and circulation of papers
• Review and lead the drafting of high-quality documents and materials for clients
• Implement client programmes and lead specific elements of these programmes under team direction
• Conduct background research to support new business development and participate in pitches
• Network within policy and political fields to develop contacts and capture business intelligence

Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience in public affairs or communications
• Proven experience working within EU institutions, associations, or agencies
• Strong interest in EU politics and healthcare policy
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to demonstrate initiative and problem-solving
