Responsibilities

• Own revenue retention, renewals, and expansion targets for existing customers in the North Waikato region
• Support onboarding, training, and implementation of the Halter system on customer farms
• Cultivate genuine, trustworthy relationships with farmers, managers, and their teams
• Partner with customers to establish business goals, timelines, and success metrics
• Provide technical and operational support to address farming challenges
• Act as a customer advocate by bridging the gap between farmers and product teams
• Represent the Halter brand in the local community through networking and discussion groups

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in relationship management or account management
• Experience in dairy farming or the agriculture sector
• Strong business acumen
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Collaborative team player with a positive attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep passion for helping farmers succeed
• Technical understanding of reproduction, pasture, and agronomy from a farmer's perspective
